In sunny Southern California, in the vibrant city of Rancho Cucamonga, a Preschool filled with love and dreams - Kornerstone Academy - is quietly blossoming. Here, it is not just a Preschool, but a story of dreams becoming reality, a testament to sharing high-quality educational philosophies with the world.
Our Beginnings
The story of Kornerstone Academy began with a group of passionate individuals dedicated to early childhood education. Hailing from both China and United States, they brought with them rich educational experience and profound cultural insights. Their initial dream was to establish a Preschool in the U.S. that would blend the best of Eastern and Western educational philosophies, creating a nurturing environment filled with love, respect, and exploration for children.
However, by a twist of fate, they first planted the seeds of this dream in China. With advanced educational principles and a deep understanding of local culture, Kornerstone Academy successfully founded two beloved Academy in China, accompanying the growth of over 400 children. Now armed with invaluable experience gained in China and a more defined educational philosophy, Kornerstone Academy has finally returned to where the dream began - The United States.
Our Curriculum
Kornerstone Academy combines the essence of Montessori education with the vibrancy of the Creative Curriculum, creating a diverse and exploratory world for children. Here, children are not passive recipients of knowledge but little explorers, learning through play, hands-on practice, and age-appropriate experiences.
